  1. Find a Comfortable Place- Set up the CHIRP Wheel on a yoga mat, or a carpeted floor to prevent slipping. This ensures a stable surface for your stretching and will allow you to focus without any safety concerns. Ensure you have enough space to comfortably lie down and extend your arms and legs, for a full range of motion to ensure that you can perform your exercises without any restrictions.

  2. Sit and Lean Back- Find a comfortable seat, keeping your knees bent and your feet firmly pressing into the floor. Find the correct placement of your spine and take a few deep breaths. AS you lean back gently transfer your weight to the wheel while keeping your feet in contact with the ground.

  3. Lift Hips- Use your hands to support yourself if needed and start to life your hips and relax your neck and back.

  4. Roll Back and Forth- As you begin to roll, bend your knees and extend your legs, while suing your hands for balance and support. breath and roll for about 5 minutes.
