Ingredients
1/2 cup Cacao powder
2 Tbsp.Almond butter, (can do 1/2 of this of tahini for a more rich flavor)
1 Tbsp coconut oil melted
3 Tbsp. Honey
A pinch of sea salt
Optional- extra cacao for dusting, rose, goji berries, shredded coconut, rose powder, herbs such as maca, Reishi, ashwagandha
Procedure
Add all ingredients to the food processor and pulse until combined. If the consistency is a bit too thin you can add more cacao powder, or a bit too thick add more almond butter or melted coconut oil, until a fudge like consistency is achieved.
Remove the chocolate, and place into a bowl. If you want to make balls, kneed dough with your hands until a nice large ball is formed. If you are wanting to make a chocolate bar then place onto a sheet of parchment paper and place another sheet on top and roll out to a even consistency.
If making balls, I like to dust them in various ingredients to add a bit of variety, such as rose powder, chopped almonds, or cacao powder.
Place into the fridge for atleast 30 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
